A total of 14 Superior rooms are located on the ground floors with 32 square metres of floor area. Superior Garden View rooms have the same space but with each having a balcony that opens to a view of the garden. Ancient House Special Rooms have the same size and amenities as other rooms but are equipped with a DVD player and an in-room internet access for free. |

| The main restaurant specialises in authentic Vietnamese cuisine and serves Oriental and Western dishes as well. Guest may either dine inside the comfort of the air-conditioned room or outside, where guest are welcomed by the natural ambiance of the outdoors.
